Our commitment
AkoKit aims to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We're not perfect — we're a small team and this is a preview build. If something doesn't work for you, please tell us.
What we do
Semantic HTML, keyboard navigation, colour contrast tested for AA, warm-off-white background instead of pure white to reduce glare, humanist sans-serif body typography at generous line-height.
Known gaps
We haven't yet completed a full screen-reader audit. Some downloadable/print modes are Phase 2. Video content will need captions once we ship it.
