AkoKit is a small, independent Aotearoa build. We're new — this is our Phase 0 preview. We're not going to pretend otherwise. There are no fake case studies, no glossy team photos, no invented testimonials on this site. When we have real evidence of impact, we'll share it.

Our mission is simple: give every primary teacher back the hour they lose every night to planning. Not by replacing their expertise — by drafting the boring bits so they can spend that hour on the parts of the job only a human can do.

Every AI-generated lesson pack on AkoKit carries a clear label: "AI-assisted teacher draft — verify before classroom use." We think this matters. Teachers are the professionals. AI is a fast, tireless intern.

Where we're up to

Phase 0 (this preview) proves two things: that we can bill and manage subscriptions cleanly with a real platform-owner bypass, and that the AI can draft a full, curriculum-aligned lesson pack in about 20 seconds. Both work.

Phases 1–5 fill out the full curriculum, add a weekly planner, ship a print-ready classroom mode, and open up school-wide plans. We'll build in public.
